REFUND POLICY

Returns

All products purchased may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In returning any item the original receipt must be presented together with the item to be returned which mus be unused, in its original packaging and is under the same condition when purchased.

Any items which to not conform to the above mentioned condition shall not be accepted and can no longer be returned.

Partial refund may be allowed on selected products at the sole discretion of the company.

The following are non-refundable items:

Gift cards, items which are purchased on SALE, discounted items, used and damaged items and any item that is returned more that 30 days after delivery or purchased.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once a product subject of return, has been received and inspected by the company, the company will send an email notification to client acknowledging the receipt of the returned item, as well as the status of whether the same has been approved for refund.

If the company approved the refund, the same shall be processed and will automatically be credited to the credit card used for the purchase of said item or the same shall be refunded within a certain amount of days depending on the policies of the bank. Other modes of refund shall be done in the original method of payment made by the purchaser.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In the event no refund has been received by the purchaser, the latter should first coordinate with the bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (If applicable)

Only items which are defective or damaged shall be replaced provided that such defective or damaged items are not caused by the misuse or mishandling of the purchaser. The exchange of the purchased item must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. In exchanging item, the original receipt must be presented together with the unused item, in its original packaging and under the same condition when purchased. Any items which do not conform to the above mentioned condition shall not be accepted and can no longer be exchanged.

An item sought to be exchanged can only be replaced by a similar productor in case of unavailability of such product,a product of similar value or higher, the difference of which shall be paid by the purchaser.

If the purchaser needs to exchange a product, the latter must send an email to pupkitsph@gmail.com and deliver/send the item to Bldg. 33, blk.2 Lot 15 RMT Industrial Complex, Tunasan, Muntinlupa PH 1773. Cost of shipping the returned item shall be shouldered by the purchaser.

Gifts

When an item marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the designated recipient, the recipient shall receive a gift certificate for the value of the item returned via postal services once the Company receive the returned item.

An item which is not marked as a gift when purchased shall be refunded to the purchaser who shall likewise receive a gift certificate for the value of the item returned via postal service once the Company receives the returned item.

Shipping

To return a product,the item should be sent to Bldg.33 Blk. 2 Lot 15 RMT Industrial Complex, Tunasan, Muntinlupa PH 1773.

The Purchaser or person seeking the return of the product will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for the return and delivery of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If purchaser will receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The Cost of shipping and delivery date may vary depending on the designated address provided by the purchaser.

A purchaser seeking to return or refund an item valued over Php1000.00 should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. The company does not guarantee that such items shall be received by the latter, and the return and refund process of the company shall only take effect once the item sought to be refunded or returned has been actually received and acknowledged by the Company.
