1. Acceptance of Terms

By choosing to pay via Dragonpay on pupkits.ph (or any related subdomain), you agree to these Payment Terms, our main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, as well as Dragonpay’s own Terms and Conditions available at https://www.dragonpay.ph/terms-and-conditions/. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through Dragonpay, a BSP-regulated payment service provider. Available channels include online banking, over-the-counter (OTC) at partner banks, convenience stores (e.g., 7-Eleven, Bayad Center), and other Dragonpay-supported methods. Full list appears at checkout.
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment Validity
Your order is confirmed only after Dragonpay successfully processes payment and we receive settlement confirmation. Dragonpay transactions have an expiry time (usually 24–48 hours). Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. We are not responsible for delays caused by Dragonpay’s system, your bank, or chosen payment channel.

4. Fees
We do not charge any additional convenience fees for using Dragonpay. Any service fees imposed by Dragonpay or your chosen payment channel are your responsibility and will be displayed before you confirm payment (per Dragonpay’s published rates).

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Returns
All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (link: https://www.pupkits.com/shipping-and-returns).
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account within 7–14 business days.
We do not issue cash refunds for Dragonpay transactions. Chargebacks or disputes must first be raised with us before contacting your bank or Dragonpay.

6. Data Privacy & Security
We collect only the minimum personal information required to process your payment. Your payment details are handled securely by Dragonpay and are never stored on our servers. We fully comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKK Development Corporation and Pupkits shall not be liable for: 
Any delays, failures, or errors in the Dragonpay system
Any loss or damage caused by your chosen payment channel
Any unauthorized use of your Dragonpay transaction reference

Dragonpay acts as an independent payment processor; we are not responsible for its service availability or performance.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Payment Terms shall be resolved under Philippine law. Exclusive venue shall be the proper courts of Quezon City. Before filing any action, you agree to first attempt good-faith resolution by emailing us at [support@pupkits.ph].

9. Amendments
We may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, Dragonpay’s services, or our business needs. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Dragonpay after changes constitutes your acceptance.
